HubSpot Setup Guide
Setup guide
Peaky integrates HubSpot contacts, deals, leads, pipelines, and owners with your company's financial planning workspace, which lets users:
Use HubSpot data in your financial models. Financial models are usually static — Peaky makes them dynamic. The integration bridges the gap by pulling your HubSpot CRM metrics (open deals and pipeline value by stage, ARR/MRR, sales-cycle length, contacts by source, etc.) directly into your financial projections, so forecasts stay tied to what's actually happening in your pipeline.
Analyse all your operational data, including CRM data, using Peaky Agent. Peaky's AI Agents seamlessly analyze and compare data across your entire tech stack — accounting, HR, payments, and your HubSpot CRM — so you can ask questions in plain English and get answers grounded in a unified view of your business.
Get a holistic view of all your operational data. Peaky centralizes your operational data, including HubSpot CRM data, providing a high-level overview of your most critical KPIs and metrics (ARR, MRR, opportunities and pipeline value by stage, deals entering each stage, average sales cycle length, contacts by source, and more).
Install the app
There is nothing to install inside HubSpot directly — you start the connection from inside Peaky, sign in to HubSpot when prompted, and HubSpot brings you back to Peaky once you've approved access.
Log in to Peaky at https://eu.peaky.ai.
Navigate to your company in the sidebar and open the Integrations page.
Locate the Hubspot card under the CRM category.
Click Connect. You will be taken to HubSpot to sign in.
Sign in to HubSpot if you aren't already, and select the HubSpot account you want to connect to Peaky.
[Include a screenshot of the HubSpot account-selection screen here.]
Click Choose Account.
Review the access Peaky is requesting. Peaky asks for read-only access to:
Your contacts, including their lifecycle stage and source
Your deals, including amounts, ARR/MRR, currency, and close dates
Your leads, including lead sources and pipeline stages
Your deal owners
Peaky does not request permission to create, edit, or delete anything in HubSpot. Your HubSpot data is never modified by Peaky.
Click Connect app.
You will be brought back to Peaky's Integrations page. The HubSpot card will be marked Connected and an initial sync will start automatically in the background.
Configure the app
The HubSpot integration is read-only and does not require field mapping — there is no two-way sync direction to configure and no HubSpot properties to map by hand. Peaky automatically reads the right HubSpot information (deal stage, pipeline, ARR, MRR, currency, exchange rate, deal owner, contact lifecycle stage and source, lead source, etc.) and turns it into structured CRM metrics scoped to the entity you connected.
In Peaky, navigate to Company → Integrations.
The HubSpot card, marked Connected, gives you a Sync button and a more menu (...):
Sync (refresh icon) — manually trigger a sync. A sync also runs automatically the first time you connect.
Logs (in the ... menu) — open the sync history dialog to see when each sync ran, how many deals/contacts/leads/metrics were processed, and any errors.
Remove (in the ... menu) — disconnect the HubSpot account from this entity (see Disconnect the app below).
Multi-entity setup: if your company is structured as multiple entities, connect HubSpot per entity that has its own pipeline. The sync is scoped to the entity you're on; your CRM metrics will be attributed to that entity's financial model.
Use the app
Peaky automatically keeps your HubSpot CRM data synced into the entity's metrics store. No manual configuration is required. Once connected:
Peaky reads through every HubSpot deal, contact, and lead and pulls the relevant information (deal name, stage, pipeline, amount, currency, exchange rate, ARR, MRR, owner, close date; contact lifecycle stage and analytics source; lead pipeline, stage, and source). It also reconstructs how long each deal spent in each pipeline stage.
From that, Peaky builds structured CRM metrics:
Opportunities by pipeline and stage, as of each month
Pipeline Value by pipeline, stage, and currency, as of each month
Pipeline Movements — deals that entered a stage during the month, by pipeline and stage
Contacts by source
ARR / MRR by pipeline, stage, and currency
Average Sales Cycle Length by pipeline
FX Rate for non-default currencies
Deals, contacts, and leads are also available as tables on the Data page, so you can build your own metrics on them — for example lead volume by source.
These metrics are immediately available to:
Reference inside driver formulas in your Peaky financial model (so a forecast line like New ARR can be tied to the real HubSpot ARR for the corresponding period).
Power widgets on Views, and the drift checks behind Signals.
Be queried by the Peaky Agent, which can answer questions like "How did our pipeline conversion change last quarter?" or "Which sales rep closed the most ARR in Q1 vs Q2?" by combining HubSpot data with your accounting, HR, and other connected sources.
You can manually re-trigger a sync at any time by clicking the Sync button on the HubSpot card on the Integrations page. Use Logs in the card's ... menu to confirm a sync completed and see how many records were processed.
Disconnect the app
Note: If you disconnect your HubSpot account from Peaky, no further HubSpot data will sync into Peaky and any financial-model drivers that reference HubSpot CRM metrics will stop receiving fresh values from HubSpot. Existing metric data already imported into Peaky will remain in your Peaky workspace until you re-sync or manually clear it. Peaky has read-only access to HubSpot, so disconnecting does not modify any data inside your HubSpot account.
Log in to Peaky.
Navigate to Company → Integrations.
Locate the HubSpot card, marked Connected. The search box finds it quickly.
Open the card's more menu (...) and choose Remove.
A confirmation toast will appear: "Remove Hubspot? Your data will no longer sync." Click Yes, remove.
The HubSpot card is no longer marked Connected. The integration is now disconnected and Peaky will no longer be able to access your HubSpot account.
